What staff Say!
Theo COe
2023 Overnight Counselor
Camp Highland is a place like no other, it is the most fun you can have while serving and cultivating a deeper understanding of the Gospel. On staff I felt very prioritized and supported by so many new friends running the race alongside me, which allowed me to care for my campers to the best of my ability. Camp does an incredible job shaping the personal relationships with the Lord of both camper and staff through challenge and deep relationships that transcend the summer.
Anna Skudarnova
2021 Overnight Counselor
At Camp Highland, you won’t just be stretched in your faith and personal development — you’ll be supported, encouraged, and unconditionally loved as you are given opportunities to do the same for campers.
Whether you’re introverted, extroverted, athletic, creative, or totally afraid of heights (like me!), there’s a unique way you can contribute to camp.
So don’t let anything hold you back — apply today and let God transform you this summer.

2024 Support Staff
Camp Highland is such a special place! Getting to spend the summer with a staff who is on fire for the Kingdom and who walk in Christ’s freedom each day is the most life-giving thing I have ever been a part of! At camp we have the opportunity to share the unconditional love of the Lord with campers, while being encouraged and loved by a staff that truly feels like family! Each year I have walked away from camp more in awe of our Creator and his love for us.

Serving here not only offers such an exciting and sweet summer, but it also opens the door for the Lord’s loving presence to rest on every single person who comes through the gates. Camp Highland stands so firmly on how our God can step into every single area of our everyday life. The staff, the experience, and the overall heart of camp has played such a role in my faith and it’s something I’ll cherish forever!

We are looking to hire high school graduates to serve in their summer before starting college! They will be receiving leadership development and discipleship training throughout the summer. Our goal with the LIT program is to continue to foster the growth of campers who have graduated from high school. To qualify to be an LIT, applicants must be previous campers and will serve during the summer between their senior year of high school and their freshman year of college. We also have paid positions at our Day Camp in Roswell for counselors, photographers and videographers. Email miriam@camphighland.com for more information!
